Former Nigerian Senate President, Bukola Saraki has acknowledged the power in peaceful and amicable resolutions as exemplified in the recently concluded national convention of the country’s main opposition party, PDP.
The former Senate President who led a delegation to Makurdi the state capital insists that a political party that cannot organise its affairs has no business leading the country.
The successful outcome of the recently concluded People’s democratic party’s national elective convention which gave rise to the selection of a seasoned north-central leader as national chairman is still being appreciated by some prominent leaders of the Zone.
Former Senate President Bukola Saraki led some other leaders of the region to appreciate the leadership role played by the leader of the party in the Zone Governor Samuel Ortom.
He further explained that the north-central Zone has yet another project which will be disclosed at a later time but the leader of the party seems to have let the cat out of the bag.
The former Senator President however promised to return at a later date for more consultations.
