The gale of disorder in Nigeria’s State of Assemblies may have reached Imo as reports say the seat of the Speaker, Paul Emezie is being threatened.
Reports from Owerri on Monday say the speaker could not access the House of Assembly Complex as a plot to impeach him thickens.
The case of Imo State is coming barely a few days after the crisis in Plateau State House of Assembly.
Imo State House of Assembly has had its share of crisis in the recent past as gunmen invaded the hallowed chamber after the suspension of six lawmakers about three months ago
The suspension of the Deputy Speaker, Amarachi Chyna Iwuayanwu, and his planned return also remains a naughty issue for the speaker.
