The Abuja federal high court has dismissed suit challenging Charles Soludo as the All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA governorship candidate in the just concluded Anambra elections.
The suit was brought pursuant to the fact that the governor elect, wrongly stated that he wants to run for the governor of Aguta 2 constituency, instead of Anambra state, as it should be, in the information submitted to INEC.
Justice Taiwo Taiwo dismissed the suit stating that the process was a waste of the court’s time.
