Bauchi Monarch Arrest Update: Hundreds of protesters threaten to trek to Bauchi

Hundreds of protesters in Tafawabalewa have threatened to embark on a trek to Bauchi the state capital, in a solidarity protest for their monarch alleged to have been arrested by the police in Bauchi, over a communal clash in Sang community in Bogoro local government area.

This time around it is not just the youths and women, even the elderly joined the peaceful demonstration and vowed not to end it until their monarch is released.

This is the fifth day of their protest since the arrest of their monarch by the police in Bauchi on an alleged Sang communal clash.
