The Federal High Court has affirmed Ifeanyi Ararume as the APC authentic candidate of the December, 5, 2020 Imo North Senatorial by-election.
Orders INEC to issue certificate of return within 72 hours to the Senator.
Justice Taiwo Taiwo while delivering judgement said, Senator Ararume who won the primary election was prevented from participating in the bye election.
