Four persons killed in Lagos-Ibadan Expressway accident

Four persons have lost their lives this Monday, while three others sustained varying degrees of injuries in an accident on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
The Public education officer for Ogun state sector of the Federal Road Safety Corps, Florence Okpe said the corpses have been deposited at a morgue in the Sagamu area of the state, while the injured have been taken to a nearby hospital.
She added that 21 persons, 13 men and eight women, were involved in the accident.
Speaking in Abeokuta, Okpe said a luxury bus rammed into a truck while negotiating a bend around the “Kara’’ axis on the expressway.
