Gov. Mutfwang Receives Sanusi, Muslim Ummah, Calls For Peaceful Co-Existance.

Plateau State Governor Caleb Mutfwang has assured the Muslim community in the State of his administration’s willingness to provide a leadership that will embrace everybody irrespective of ethnicity, faith, and place of residence.
Mutfwang, stated this when the Muslim Ummah in Plateau state joined by the 14th Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, paid him the traditional Sallah homage at Old Government House, Jos.
Governor Mutfwang while appreciating the Muslim Ummah for the Visit told them to disregard all the misleading information being peddled around by enemies of the state and said it is time for both Christians and Muslims in the State to find a common ground in order to foster peace and unity for the sake of development and progress of Plateau
The Governor who also appreciated the 14th Emir of Kano, Alh. Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, who was in the state for condolence visit but joined the Muslim Community for theĀ Eid-El-Kabir visit, solicited the support of the Muslim community to build a new Plateau.
TheĀ 14th Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, added glamour to the entire event when he joined the Sallah visit and said it is time for both Muslims and Christians to work out a framework for peace and unity in not only Plateau State but Nigeria as a whole.
A rare visit to the Plateau Government house by Muslim Ummah, was led by the Emir of Wase Alh. Muhammad Sambo ll and it was a Traditional Sallah homage to Government house to foster the bond of unity.
