Kabul suicide bomb attack

At least 41 people have died  in a suicide bomb attack on a Shia cultural center in Afghanistan’s capital, Kabul.

Two children were among the dead while 84 people were injured in the blast, according to a Health Ministry spokesman.

The Shia cultural organisation was the target but the Afghan Voice news agency was also hit. ISIS has claimed responsibility.
