Kano governorship tribunal; NNPP to appeal judgement

The Nigeria Peoples Party NNPP has rejected the Kano governorship election petition judgement, says it is laughable to sack its candidate Abba Yusuf whose victory was glaring.
The party’s national chairman, Kawu Ali said NNPP received the news on how the tribunal arrived at what it described as unjust judgement with disbelief.
He said NNPP will appeal the court judgement while calling on members and supporters to remain calm saying that the judgement cannot stand.
