NIGERIAN RAPPER OLADIPS DIES OF UNKNOWN AILMENT.

The Nigerian music industry has again been thrown into mourning following the untimely death of another young talented rapper, Oladipupo Oladimeji, popularly known as Oladips.
The 28-year-old whose career as a rapper began at age 17 in 2012 when he did the art cover for Drake & Trey Songz, died in Lagos in the late hours of Tuesday November 14th 2024.
His death comes barely two months after the death of rapper Oladimeji Aloba popularly known as Mohbad.
Confirming the rapper’s death, his management team in a statement released on his Instagram page, disclosed Oladips had been fighting battles within himself for over two years.
The family asked that their privacy be respected in this trying time, saying funeral services will be announced as soon as it is concluded.
Before he died, the rapper released a song titled ‘Die Young’, that highlighted competing with people when they are alive and then turning around to celebrate them when they are gone.
