Organised Labor in Cross River State have asked workers in the state to stay at home after the sallah public holiday following disagreement on selected payment of workers salaries and delay in promotion by government.

State Chairman of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), John Ushie and his Trade Union Congress (TUC), counterpart, Clarkson Otu asked workers to remain at home not minding the orders of the state government for them to resume
