Police rescue kidnapped Medical Doctor, nine others in Benue state

After ten dreadful days in captivity, a medical doctor, Etito Obadiah and 9 others have been rescued by the Benue Police Command.
The State Commissioner of Police, Okoro Julius who paraded eight suspects believed to be connected to the incidents equally confirmed an attack in Uvir in Guma local government area of the State.
Julius who was recently posted to Benue, solicited the same level corporation accorded his predecessors so that there can be peace in the State.
Iye community of Uvir council ward of Guma local government area of the State was the latest spot for the suspected militia herders which in their usual style murdered quite a number with several injured and others yet to be accounted for.
