POLICE STABS COMMERCIAL TRICYCLE OPERATOR TO DEATH OVER N100 IN MEIRAN, LAGOS

A Policeman attached to the Meiran Police Station in Lagos State has allegedly stabbed a commercial tricycle operator to death over disagreement on N100 extortion.
Angry youths have reportedly blocked the Meiran/Command axis in Agbado Oke-Odo Local Community Development Area, LCDA of Lagos State.
It is reported that pandemonium has gripped the area around the Police Station, as sympathizers, members of the commercial tricycle operators, and other angry members of the public have set bonfires on the road to protest the alleged killing of the tricycle operator.
