ROBBERY GANG KILL MEMBER IN ONDO OVER SHARING OF LOOT

The Ondo state police command has arrested a suspected four-man armed robbery gang who killed their colleague over his refusal to give them their share of loots.
At Ehinowo camp in Ondo town, a gang of armed robbery suspects allegedly macheted and murdered their gang member over his refusal to give them their share of the proceed of their loots.
Sixty-nine bags of weeds suspected to be Indian hemp valued at several millions of naira were also seized from these three suspects.
The state commissioner of police, Abiodun Asabi who said the command remains resolute in reducing criminal activities assured residents of a peaceful festive season.
According to the command, the suspects would be charged to court after conclusion of investigations.
